BAE Systems is seeking a team contributor in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to join a growing dynamic group of engineers developing leading edge capabilities in Active and Passive Sensing. You will be a technical member of the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Systems Engineering Group that is responsible supporting design, development, integration, implementation, test and verification/validation of EW systems across multiple business areas. As team engineer level contributor, you will be responsible for and support technologies on next-generation military/commercial applications. You will also perform, delivering technical value, in the role of a Systems Engineer, for programs ranging from developing prototypes, full rate production, and sustainment of systems. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * US Citizen with active Secret clearance
* BS in EE, Physics, Systems or equivalent plus 2 years' experience in field
* Understanding of the applications of active and passive sensing in the Electronic Warfare (EW) field
* Understanding of automated language processing concepts and implementation strategies Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * RF theory and wireless communication experience
* Knowledge of Systems Engineering and life cycle processes stages (such as waterfall, spiral, agile/scrum and Vee) and process milestone execution decision gating reviews
* Experience supporting inter and multidisciplinary teams consisting of mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
