A challenging opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join the Program Control team in the Firetip Family of Programs (FTFOP) product area. FTFOP is within AEWS Product Line, part of Electronic Combat Solutions Business Area. This opportunity is Supporting the classified Firetip platform Operations and Sustainment (O&S) area supporting multiple contract types. Cost type contracts +$15m annually, Fixed Price Master Repair Agreement (MRA) and Diminishing Material (DMS) contracts along with misc small Time and Material (T&M) contracts. This role is critical for sustainment and repairs of fielded units. This role will be performed in a Hybrid remote format, with the individual splitting their time between working on-site at our offices in Nashua, NH, and remotely. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must either reside locally within a reasonable daily commute, or willing to relocate to the area (relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate). Full-time remote is not considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities include: * Contributing program team member at meetings and reviews
* Supporting program management in all financial aspects of the program, such as baselining, forecasting, reporting, and quarterly reporting
* Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items
* Creating and maintaining program baselines through earned value management
* Reviewing and monitoring program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
* Developing and updating financial forecast and estimates at completion
* Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
* Interfacing with customers
* Proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, compiling cost volumes, and preparing request for bid approvals (RBA) Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
* Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
* Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
* Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
* Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment

Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
