ORACLE EPM EPBCS FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT CONSULTANT (16459) WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

** Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen or Perm Resident, or Dual Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.** Baer is looking for an Oracle EPM (EPBCS) Functional Support Consultant for a 3-month Federal remote project. Title: Oracle EPM (EPBCS) Functional Support Consultant Location:Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 3 months Rate: All-inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Description: * Develop and maintain webforms, narrative reports, dashboards, integration artifacts, data reconciliation processes, and complex calculations using Java and Groovy scripting. * Lead the design of business processes within EPBCS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and federal requirements. * Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and maintain standard systems requirement documents, such as Business Process Workflows, Functional/Technical Requirements Documents, and Requirement Traceability Matrix. * Leverage intermediate knowledge of PeopleSoft Federal Financials to support integration and functional alignment with EPBCS. * Provide expertise in PeopleSoft modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders (PO), Billing, Commitment Control (KK), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Costing (PC), and Asset Management (AM). * Lead system and bundle upgrades, developing and executing test scenarios and scripts to ensure functionality satisfies system requirements. * Define test scenarios, support UAT, and validate that the implemented solutions meet client expectations. * Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for client-facing interactions and presentations. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans and use cases, to support ongoing maintenance and client knowledge transfer. Requirements: * 3+ years of Oracle EPM Cloudexperience * 3+ years of Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)experience * 3+ years of Java, Groovy scriptingexperience * 3+ years of Business Process Design experience * 3+ years of Requirements Analysisexperience * 3+ years of PeopleSoft Federal Financialsexperience * Bachelors degree Public Trust Security Clearanceisthe lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
