Bailey Information Technology Consultants (BITC) is currently seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst to support our customer in Springfield, Virginia. Job Title: Information Technology Analyst Location: Springfield, VA Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI Skill Level 4-SIOF Duties include: * Understand business and technology needs. Leverage technical solutions to meet organizational needs. Implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems. * Gather feedback from end users about system performance. * Develop and analyze functional specifications. * Plan and ovesee projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations). * Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions. * Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams. * Prioritize user requirements, oversee system upgrades, and research new tools appropriate to cleared environments. * Design, analyze, and implement efficient IT systems within clear environments. * Gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems. * Provide advice and technical training. Required Skills: * Proven experience as an IT analyst, IT consultant, or similar role. * Experience in project management. * Knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting. * Understanding of business practices.
