Job Description * The Deputy Program Manager shall report to the Program Manager. * Responsible for assisting with the successful cost, schedule, and contract performance. * Needs strong communication skills to interface with the Contract Officer Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, technical team and the Government stakeholders. * Contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, manage security clearance processing, maintain program management documentation and quality assurance activities. * Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. Required Skills * Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in technical management, managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. * Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. * Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. * PMP or equivalent certification * Experience in procurement support, including support to the development of customer needs statements, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordination of procurement and delivery schedules. * Experience managing large, complex teams. * Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience. * Experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
