Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) – Full-Time

Our well-established, patient-focused private dental practice in Etters is seeking a dedicated Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team full-time. We are proud of our welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere and are looking for a dependable professional who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.

This position is ideal for an EFDA who enjoys hands-on clinical work, meaningful patient interaction, and being part of a practice that genuinely values its team members. As a unique bonus, our therapy dog visits the office regularly—so comfort around dogs is appreciated!

Full-Time Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (6:30 AM start)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (7:30 AM start)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6:30 AM start)

Qualifications

• EFDA certification (required)
• Current X-ray certification (required)
• Prior EFDA clinical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus
