ALL REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE SIGNING 3x12.5 2 years of Cath Lab exp First-timers accepted BLS and ACLS are required upon start No on-call or weekends No block scheduling Locals accepted NJ RN license required upon submittal May float to Cath Lab Holding Exp with cardiac caths/PCI/EP- ablations, leg angio, permcaths, lysis Neuro- cerebral angio, Impella, Roto, Shockwave, IABP, CSI, LS Pro, Carto/Ensite X. Watchmans implants Vascular- IVCF highly preferred
