- The position is focused more on Device rather than Pharmaceutical Research.
Job Details
- 2-3 years of clinical research experience required, with a preference for experience in cardiovascular research.
- Experience supervising a research group preferred. RN level licensure is also preferred but not a dealbreaker.
- Primary responsibility includes the consent of 1-2 patients per day, primarily to train two new personnel at Bellin Health.
- The candidate will act as a coach/mentor/observer for new candidates at Bellin Health.
Job Requirements
- Guaranteed 32 hours of work per week.
- 8-hour day shifts, with start and end times between 7:30-3:30 and 8-4.
- Potential for a Saturday shift every 4 or 5 weeks, but no requirement to work on holidays.
Schedule Information
- The unit is specified for Device, not Pharmaceutical Research.
- The candidate's primary purpose is to train two people that Bellin Health is bringing on.
- Business casual or clinical scrubs are required for the role (scrubs are provided for transition to Cath Lab if business casual is worn).
Unit Specific Information
- Orientation week may not guarantee GSA hours. Travelers are guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed.
- The medical portion of compliance must be started within 48 hours of an accepted offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start.
