Clinical Director / Lead BCBA – Georgia

About Us:
Beyond Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a Clinical Director / Lead BCBA role in Georgia. This is an on-site, in-state position (not remote) for a clinician who wants to build client caseloads, develop a clinical team, and establish strong referral relationships with physicians and community partners.

***Applicants must hold an active Georgia LBA***

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the Clinical Director / Lead BCBA for Georgia operations

• Build, manage, and oversee client caseloads

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs

• Develop and maintain clinical systems, protocols, and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with Georgia regulations, payer requirements, and BACB ethics

• Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, physicians, schools, and referral sources

• Collaborate with leadership on service growth and clinical expansion

• Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and families

QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Active Georgia LBA (Required)

• Leadership or supervisory experience in ABA

• Strong clinical and organizational skills

• Comfortable representing the organization with referral partners

• Ability to work independently and lead a growing team
