Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to support our clients in achieving success in various settings. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorder in achieving their goals
Data collection and graphing to track client progress
Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Collaborate with behavior analysts, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans
Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings, including but not limited to:
40 Hour RBT Training
CPR Certification
Must be able to pass a background check and have a reliable means of transportation
Experience: 0 years of experience in ABA therapy.
Working Conditions:
Job Type: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
