About Us
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at Beyond Care Therapy in Missouri. This remote position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and a unique opportunity to significantly shape our clinical systems and culture by stepping into the Clinical Director role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our ABA team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Shape and enhance clinical systems and practices to align with our organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting professional development and clinical excellence.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Engage with clients and families to assess needs and tailor treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the growth and expansion of our services.
- Possibility for the role to evolve into a Clinical Director position.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
