Responsibilities of the RBT/DSP Therapist:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision

Implement treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA

Teach functional skills based on individual goals

Track progress through our simple data collection system

Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and success
Requirements of the RBT/DSP Therapist:
- Experience with implementing behavorial plans
- Reliable transporation
- Experience as a DSP
- RBT license, preferred
