Job Summary:
Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals providing ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, leading training sessions, and collaborating with families to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
Implement and supervise behavioral interventions to address client goals and objectives
Provide training and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and research-based strategies
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
1+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably working with children with autism
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time opportunities available ( negotiable)
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation:
Competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000
