LEAD DRUPAL DEVELOPER

Lead Drupal Developer:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Drupal Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Drupal-based websites, portals, and intranets ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Drupal platform and be proficient in PHP.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain Drupal 10-based websites front and back ends, intranets and commerce portals ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Implement and manage integrations with Acquia, Code Studio, and Akamai and others.
• Ensure seamless integration with Workato and related technologies when necessary.
• Utilize continuous integration and delivery practices to maintain and enhance web applications.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and report issues.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Drupal development and related technologies.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Drupal Developer, with a strong understanding of experience with Acquia, Code Studio, and Akamai and other technologies.
• Experience with Workato is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud providers, such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Experience working in an agile environment performing multiple tasks.
• Strong Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js
• Strong knowledge of Drupal theming and module development.
• Knowledge of usability/accessibility standards of user interface development to produce code.
• Provide systems administration support for a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, e.x: Git.
• Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong integration experience and skills.
