Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Integrated Master Scheduler joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. How an Integrated Master Scheduler will make an impact: You will join our talented Implementation Management Team and work closely with technical team leads, project managers, and other stakeholders to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program to develop and maintain a detailed, resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain summary-level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks, and priority-based resource allocations. * Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control. * Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with the program team. * Manage schedules, review project status, and assess project issues to develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. * Actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem-solving. * Follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures. * Collaborate with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting. * Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions. * Perform schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work. * Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems. * Maintain accurate records/paperwork. * Be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines. What you will bring to us (Must): * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. * IMS creation and scheduling experience. * Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules. * Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. * Excellent problem resolution skills. * Great team and client interaction skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex schedules for multiple projects. * Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and briefing information. * Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns, and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
