About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to join our in-person Tennessee team. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and ensure program effectiveness
• Provide case-specific supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Maintain accurate data and documentation
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
