RBT Compensation and Schedule:

• $24.00-$26.00 

• 15 hours/week Part-Time

• 30 hours/week Full-Time

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy to children in a safe nurturing environment.
• Implement the specific therapy Program designed by the BCBA
• Teach the skills that allow the kids to thrive.
• Write detailed session notes

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RBT certificate from the BACB
• Driver's license and reliable access to transportation
• Detail-oriented
• Experience implementing ABA therapy
