Compensation and Schedule:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Salary range: $85,000–$100,000

  • Bonus pay opportunities

  • Flexible scheduling

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs

  • Ensure program effectiveness and client progress

  • Provide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior Technicians

  • Coordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned with IEP/IFSP goals

  • Collect, analyze, and manage client data

  • Maintain accurate daily documentation and progress reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
