BUSINESS ANALYST WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Blu Omega is seeking a Business Analyst for a federal program located onsite at Hanscom AFB in Hanscom, MA. In this role, you will assist in planning and driving work within a determined approach to: Analyze technical, programmatic, financial and schedule data to identify overlapping capabilities and gaps throughout an IT portfolio
Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and program teams to document facts, assumptions and constraints related to IT capabilities
Develop decision briefings and materials to communicate opportunities and needs to senior leaders and to drive decision making
Support development of a dashboard by assisting with identification and review of data sources in addition to ensuring timely data refreshes
Interact with dashboard stakeholders to answer questions and demonstrate functionality 
Qualifications/Skills: Required Skills:  
Knowledge of information technology, technical analysis, data analysis, meeting facilitation, process documentation, briefing development and presentation
Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:  
Systems engineering, team leadership, knowledge of defense financial processes, knowledge of cyber security principles, understanding of MS Power BI

Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret
Salary: $80,000 – 105,000
