Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. This role is open to US Citizens ONLY. This position is onsite in Boise, ID, Other locations acceptable with some telework possible. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to drive actionable insights and support decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will: * Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights from large datasets
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
* Design and implement data models and databases as needed
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
* Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
* Present findings and communications to various levels of management
* Write technical documentation and provide training when necessary
* Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all information handled
Requirements: * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
* Proactive and innovative thinker with the ability to anticipate business needs
* Experience with business analysis, data modeling, and requirements gathering
* Proficient in technical writing and presenting complex information to diverse audiences. * Quick learner, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, virtual environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle Preferred Skills: * Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS)
* Familiarity with database querying languages (e.g., SQL)
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Note: Experience gained through military service, membership in a military family, or volunteer work with military families will be considered. Education: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent of four years of related experience or combination of both
Salary: * Commensurate with experience
