WHAT YOU WILL DO Cloud Engineers are pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud-based systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our cloud architecture supports our strategic goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. * Work with AWS, Azure or other cloud providers to optimize cloud services. * Implement automation tools for efficient cloud operations and management. * Monitor cloud environments, analyzing and optimizing performance based on project requirements. * Ensure cloud security practices are followed, including managing access controls and compliance standards. * Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into software applications. * Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending improvements as needed. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may compensate for the degree at different levels. * Proven experience in cloud engineering, with roles available from entry-level (1-3 years) to senior-level (5+ years). * Strong understanding of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. * Experience with cloud automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). * Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
