We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Trustee & Depositary II to join our Trustee and Depositary Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Utilize Investment Compliance system daily, including coding regulatory and prospectus restrictions, onboarding new funds, and ensuring adherence to both regulatory requirements and internal policies
Work closely with Trustee & Depositary teams across EMEA to review investment rules and suggest simple, effective improvements
Investigate issues related to Depositary function (Safekeeping, Ownership Verification, Transaction Monitoring) or our internal systems and help resolve them
Closely cooperate with Product Owners and Functional Leads across the Client Custody Platform
Participate in system upgrades and releases, enhancements and migrations ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, providing feedback to improve the user experience
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver useful improvements that scale well
Identify opportunities for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement process enhancements
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Ideally 3-5 years of work experience in the investment funds industry
Experience working on products in large, regulated environments (such as security services, custody, trustee, or depositary)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with tools like JIRA and common delivery items (Epics, User Stories, Backlogs).
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata basics.
Great attention to detail and good organizational skills
Prior experience with rule coding and/or support in systems such as Charles River, Xentis, MIG21, Aladdin, Sentinel, ALTO is highly advantageous
German language skills would be very beneficial
Basic programming is a significant advantage
Knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD regulations is highly beneficial
