As a senior Partner Naval Trainer, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders consulting on projects for the U.S. Navy. You will use your language skills to c oordinate and collaborate with our foreign partners. You'll use your skills and expertise to assess capability gaps and design and implement training, simulation, exercise, and certification programs to address these capability gaps. Join us. You Have: * 10+ years of experience with supporting the DoD * 5+ years of experience with military operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR * 5+ years of experience with working on military plans * 3+ years of experience in working with partner militaries * 3+ years of experience with Naval Unit training or Coast Guard Unit training * Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region * Ability to work on rotation at an international location for up to 12 months and then rotate to a different location every 90 days * Ability to show a score of 2 or higher on the DLPT in the Mandarin Language * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy * Knowledge of USINDOPACOM TCP and TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests * Ability to show a score of 3 or higher on the DLPT in the Mandarin Language * Master's degree Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
