The Opportunity: As a production analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a seasoned project management specialist and production analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a U.S. Navy shipbuilding program. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts, all aspects of shipbuilder performance, and offer suggestions that improve shipbuilding economy. You'll help with resource planning using various tools and will have regular interactions with SMEs, OEMs, Government customers, and your team. You Have: * 15+ years of experience with working in U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs * Knowledge of the various methods and techniques associated with assessing shipbuilder performance in design, construction, and testing * Ability to lead a team, delegate tasking, and provide team reporting * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree * PMP or DAWIA Certification Nice If You Have: * 15+ years of experience as a shipbuilder or supervisor of shipbuilding program/project manager * Knowledge of all aspects of shipbuilding oversight as well as contract terms and conditions, deliverables, and performance requirements * Ability to assess root causes of performance problems and implement corrective actions and innovative performance solutions * Master's degree * DAWIA Level III in Production, Quality, and Manufacturing or Program Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
