Your efforts will directly support an Air Force Command client. Your experience will be invaluable in helping Air Force Senior Leaders comprehend the operational environment, shape the desired outcomes, and effectively deploy resources to meet organizational goals. You Have: * 20+ years of experience leading and c ond ucting ICBM maintenance operations and logistics across the strategic enterprise * Experience directing weapon system expert teams and delivering logistical support to various sections and asso cia ted personnel while solidifying the US ICBM maintenance or deterrence operations * Experience guiding design, testing, and validation of new procedures for new or modified systems * Experience with increasing maintenance efficiencies or status reporting methods, maintenance documentation or data analysis, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives * Knowledge of compliance requirements of all equipment maintenance and management standards in accordance with nuclear surety, communications security, and weapon systems safety rule requirements * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience leading large teams to achieve performance excellence * Ability to deliver effective te chn ical support to staff members in implementing improvement procedures for all ICBM and Nuclear Command and Control ( NC3 ) systems, maximizing their operational readiness by c ond ucting IMDS inspections and overseeing repair or replacement actions * Knowledge of ICBM engineering assistance processes to support weapon system sustainment and United States Strategic Command's on-alert requirements Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
