Associate Dentist Needed- Lexington, KY

Office hours: Monday through Thursday 8-4 and 1 Friday a month 8-2— no evenings, no weekends.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Hold an active Kentucky state dental license and DEA

• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for enhanced patient care

• Diagnose and treat various dental issues, including cosmetic and restorative needs

• Collaborate with a highly skilled team to maintain a positive work environment

• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Display adaptability and eagerness to learn and integrate new techniques

• Maintain a solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics

• Eager to learn great communication skills and constantly improve.

Compensation:

• Guaranteed daily minimum to convert to 30-35% of net collections
