WHAT DOES REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN DO? 

·                     Implements one-on-one ABA program developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

·                     Collects and reports data for target behaviors to assigned BCBA supervisor 

·                     Participates in behavior management programming for assigned clients 

·                     Works with families and provides ongoing parent/caregiver modeling & training 

·                     Participates in team building activities, meetings, and ongoing professional development training 

WHAT IS REQUIRED? 

·                     High energy & positive attitude! 

·                     Skilled at developing rapport & capturing motivation 

·                     Team player 

·                     High school diploma (or equivalent) 

·                     Clear Background Check 

·                     Experience working with children (preferably children with special needs) 

·                     Maintain a valid driver’s license in applicable state and own viable transportation 

·                     Possess active auto insurance per state requirements 

·                     Travel to and from assigned client homes (as needed)
