Get hands-on experience, build new skills, and pave the way for a successful post-military career! WHO CAN APPLY:
The DoD SkillBridge program is for active-duty service members and select groups of the National Guard and the Reserves within 180-days of their separation date. Interested service members must gain approval from their unit commander to participate. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Beavercreek, OH (On-site)
Duration: Up to 180 days
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist intern, you will:
• Assist in the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
• Support hiring managers in screening and interviewing candidates.
• Learn how to manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Help create sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Key Requirements:
• Eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
• Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. OR: Program Manager
Location: Beavercreek, OH (On-site)
Duration: Up to 180 days
As a Program Manager intern, you will:
• Support experienced program managers in coordinating complex projects across departments.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Help monitor project performance and contribute to stakeholder updates.
• Participate in identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions for project success.
Key Requirements:
• Eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. BENEFITS / COMPENSATION:
