Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME

$28/hr

Pay is dependent on experience. $2 shift differential for the 3rd shift. Skill level and experience will be reviewed for a start rate

Performing necessary work for installation or relocation of new machinery, existing machinery, or other equipment.

Scheduling and performing PM on all machinery and equipment.

Maintaining all buildings and grounds

Maintaining levels of spare parts as needed.

Designing, fabricating, and constructing devices and fixtures as needed.

Ensuring all maintenance needs are completed on a timely basis.

Keeping current in all training.

Following all safety policies/procedures including/but not limited to following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, maintaining a neat and orderly work area, and monitoring all job functions to match safety policies.

Following all quality policies/procedures including/but not limited to monitoring all job functions to match Specification Manual, working from written and verbal work orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate execution of all job functions.

Overtime may require an early shift start or end. 3rd shift considerations may create on-call requirements.

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM or 8:30PM
Shift length: 10 hours
Sunday - Thursday night 10 hour shifts.

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
  • Must pass background check
  • Can lift 55 lbs
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Fork Lift Certified. Advanced Trade Mathematics. Use of complicated drawings, formulas, and technical skills, Troubleshooting Completed accredited apprenticeship or 2 year tech. college degree Minimum 5 years related experience Great leadership skills Organized Must have an understanding of Siemens and Bradley machine programing
