Planners will develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables. Using Primavera, one must create schedules, allocate resources, and establish timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Also monitor project progress, update schedules, and make adjustments as needed. o Project Planner must have both technical and soft skills to manage projects effectively using Primavera. Skills & Requirements Experience * At least five (5) years of experience with Primavera P6 support services * Experience working within a Federal Government contract for technical services delivery * Experience with using Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Kanban, and other industry tools * Experience with SAFe/Agile and SCRUM delivery methodology * Experience in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management * Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance Education * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Additional Requirements * Advanced communication skills with experience in executive level presentations * Work well in a team-oriented, IPD (Integrated Project) delivery model * Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence. * Organized with the ability to multitask. * High attention to detail. * Clear communication skills. * Ability to operate independently. * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. * US Citizenship. * Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening. * Experience working within Federal and DoD IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) teams that may be matrixed across several programs. * Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes.
