What You Will Be Doing

• Perform groundskeeping and general facility maintenance, including sweeping and shoveling debris generated from production
• Monitor production belts for hazards and remove debris as needed
• Maintain dust control and ensure compliance with EPA standards to prevent violations and fines
• Complete landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, weed control, shrub removal, and raking
• Perform general housekeeping tasks, including stocking facility supplies, removing trash, and painting as needed
• Operate heavy equipment (e.g., bobcat, forklift, loader) as required
• Conduct routine safety walkarounds to identify and report potential hazards
• Assist with plant inspections and maintenance tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Would Like from You

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing physical labor
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
• Experience operating heavy equipment and landscaping tools
• Previous experience in a plant or industrial environment preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and physical assessment
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including Saturdays
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork
