Job Title:- Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst (Counter-Terrorism)

Clearance:- TS/ TS-SCI- CI POLY Summary:-
The Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst (Counter-Terrorism) will provide guidance and ensure team members leverage intelligence enterprise systems, tools, capabilities, research methods, policy, and deep, analytic and critical thinking capacities to produce and deliver timely and comprehensive analyses and judgments for the declassification of documents. Verify team member submitted documents are IAW regulations and meet proper classification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead personnel to review, analyze, and research classified information in support of detainee litigation proceedings.
• Identify classified information based upon guidance from DoD Component Original Classification Authorities.
• Make recommendations for classification and declassification of information in coordination with DoD Component Original Classification Authorities.
• Perform quality control analysis on analytic products submitted by team members.
• Mentor develop and guide subordinate team members.
• Coordinate with other DoD and national agencies, Combatant Commands and departments for classification and declassification of equities, as directed by the client.
• Prepare and/or hold executive-level briefings, as directed by the client.
• Lead or attend briefings to command and staff, planning conferences, exercise activities, roundtables, staff meetings, IPRs, and other organizational functions, as directed by the client.
• Develop, initiate, organize and conduct comprehensive research projects on complex topics independently or as part of larger analytical efforts.
• Structure analytic questions based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
• Review team members analytic products for quality, argument structure and logic, and analytic rigor
• Provide critiques of analytic products submitted by team members.
• Guide team members in selecting analytic methodologies for the design of studies.
• Critique and challenge team members prevailing analytic assumptions and perspectives based on application of unique or new analytic methodologies to extant problems.
• Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; 12+ years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• 17 years of experience in specific labor category and bachelor’s degree substitute for Masters
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
• Experience leading a research team on a classified project

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to obtain CI polygraph
• Experience in reviewing, analyzing and researching information for classification and declassification purposes in a variety of documents
• Experience applying guidance from DoD Component Original Classification Authorities to the analysis.
• Superior writing, speaking, presentation, and analytic capacities.
• In-depth mission knowledge and understanding of labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Demonstrate mastery of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
• Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and apply those methodologies to design and execute complex research programs.
• Demonstrate capacity to apply unique research methodologies to problems to drive rigorous studies or problems.
• Ability to use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple sources of information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols.
• Ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information.
• Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
