We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Acquisition Specialist to support Army financial matters for PEO EIS HQs. This position will have a hybrid work environment - onsite and teleworking will be permitted (onsite at least one day and teleworking). The candidate shall be able to plan, develop and support the logistics processes and procedures to ensure effective life-cycle management of Army PEO EIS programs. Provide analytical support for the planning, development, implementation, reporting and oversight integration of key acquisition logistics functions and product support deliverables in support of Project Office, Program Executive Office, and other Army acquisition clients and stakeholders. Job tasks will include the following: • Interface with senior leaders (06 level and above) and critical internal and external stakeholders such as HQDA, ASAALT, OSD, and AMC/CECOM to ensure all logistics requirements are met and issues resolved in a timely manner.
• Create, update or review (as required) all Product Support and Logistics products that may include: Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Capability Support • Plans (CSP), Product Support Strategies (PSS), Product Support Business Case Analysis (BCA), Depot Maintenance Workload Distribution (DMWD) Reports, Budget • Estimate Submission (BES) Reports, and Transition to Sustainment (T2S) Reports/Submissions. • Support the development, review, and coordination of logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation for various ACAT, BCAC and non-ACAT programs, as required by the Product Support Director.
• Support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups, product support meetings, and transition to sustainment (T2S) efforts.
• Provide analysis assistance, and support for the development and maintenance of product support budgeting and funding, life cycle cost estimating for performance-based logistics business cost analysis, and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate PEO-level acquisition logistics taskings and activities with PEO EIS project management offices (PMOs). Required Skills and Experience • Minimum Years of Experience - 15 years concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled.
• Alternate Education and Experience - BS/BA plus 12 years of experience concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled. Required Clearance • Active DoD Secret security clearance EOE M/F/Disability/Vet
