What You'll Get to Do: * Reviews workers' compensation claim forms. * Provides assistance to claimants as it relates to their claim as needed. * Assists management with more complex cases. * Maintains accurate records and prepares required reports on all cases. * Performs other related duties, as assigned. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Ability to work with and to preserve confidential material. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. * Ability to work as a member of a team. * Extensive experience in customer service. * Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
