Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to solve high-priority problems escalated beyond normal client operations. This position will be full-time contract and onsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and analyze data

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues as well as gather information

  • Assist in the development of reports to show trends and forecasts

  • Attend and participate in meetings

  • Produce data, analysis, and verification in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide data inter-departmentally that highlights areas impacting the business

  • Independently recognize possible areas of concern when reviewing data

  • Work with large volumes of data in an efficient and effective manner

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills

  • Effective decision-making skills

  • Ability to look at the big picture, conceptualize outcomes, and identify trends

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related reporting tools

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$23.53 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
