General Summary:The Director, North America Goldfish Strategy is a newly created role responsible for partnering delivering the 3-year growth and profit goals for the Goldfish brand . Specifically, this individual will outline a cohesive strategy that reflects the strategic role and major growth drivers for the 4 distinct business units within The Campbell's Company. This role will serve as the architect and facilitator for North America Goldfish connection, helping to design, roll out, and refine the ways of working across the regions, enabling accelerated and disproportionate growth for the brand. In facilitating connection points, this role will also create visibility and alignment across business units, identifying critical areas of disconnect and creating a forum and process for decision making. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for building the Goldfish NA Strategy playbook, outlining the optimal way of working to deliver growth and connection efficiently and effectively.Specific role deliverables include:• Key architect of building the NA SPLAN to achieve growth and profit goals connecting across established (US, Canada) and emerging markets (LATAM/Mexico) and channels (NA Food Service)• Establish, embed processes and ways of working to drive consistency, effectiveness across market and channel functions with primary point of contact into marketing (integrated marketing, innovation, insights) with connection into supply chain for capital / network optimization and portfolio mix / management. • Find efficiencies and cost-savings that fuel growth for NA Goldfish• Codify and reinforce the playbook/guardrails for licensing and NA Food Service as a marketing accelerator and revenue generator with a focus on US that can be scaled across markets• Embed brand foundations and playbook reflecting brand life stage and a keen understanding of the unique needs of each individual market or region.• Act as an overall leader and key liaison between markets and countries The Director, North America Goldfish Strategy reports to the VP NA Crackers and has dotted line partnership with each of the 4 business unit marketing leads . Minimal (15-20%) travel required. Office located in Camden, NJ.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$169,400-$243,600Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
