Responsibilities• Conduct performance summaries of our sales execution priorities• Develop and analyze sales execution data to fit the needs of the business• Work with a 3rd party broker to provide sales materials and information to help deliver again our in-store priorities.• Work with Sales Finance to manage sales execution budget• Assist in day-to-day analytical support for the retail execution function, building content driven reports and presentation decks• Keep up on new analytical tools that improve productivity and help to streamline our data analytics• Leverage store specific data to identify opportunities and ensure broker compliance on sales execution priorities.• Joint Business Planning support: generating sales data for customer meetings and building customer presentation slides.• Collating field selling opportunities for HQ funding support: Incremental Funding Requests (IFRs) IFR, (New Performance Funding) NPF/SIA.Requirements• Bachelor s Degree required• Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience required, CPG experience preferred• Advanced Microsoft Office skills• Clear Focus on attention to detail• Understanding of IRI data analytics• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects• Strong Organizational Skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$62,600-$90,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
