Human Resource Specialist Work Location: Washington, DC Kwáan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis. Core Duties: * Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions * Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis * Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure * Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements Requirements : * Minimum 5-7 years' experience * Experience in workforce analysis * Experience in strategic workforce planning * Experience/knowledge of federal position descriptions * Knowledge of federal employment regulations * Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility #CJ Category Administrative / Clerical Location Washington, DC (Dept. of Treasury) - DC 20220 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree
