Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, enabling them to design, implement, and support payroll solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll processes, configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and operation of payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Engage with clients to gather detailed payroll process requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and document functional payroll requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet client needs.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to align with client specifications.
  • Develop functional specifications, workflows, and configuration documents.
  • Ensure payroll configurations comply with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, inclu ding planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage data migration and validation processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud Payroll systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Offer guidance and support to clients to optimize their use of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of payroll projects.
  • Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and status reporting.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within budget and timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Payroll releases and features.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing payroll processes and systems.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and clients to enhance overall service Quality.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus.

Certifications

  • Oracle Cloud Payroll certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
