At Caples Car Care, we've built our reputation by doing right by customers. We're one of the busiest independent repair shops in the area, servicing approximately 75 vehicles per week, and we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who values customer service, organization, and honesty.

We service a mix of domestic and Asian vehicles and handle everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. Our team values professionalism, accountability, and treating customers the right way.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and manage vehicle intake
- Write repair orders and document customer concerns
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Prepare estimates for parts and labor
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Keep repair orders organized and updated
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating estimates and repair orders
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable communicating by phone and email throughout the day
