Join our healthcare partner's dedicated team in a 12-bed NT/SICU unit, where you'll provide exceptional care to neuro and trauma patients. You'll have the opportunity to work with advanced equipment such as ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains. In this role, you'll also float to various units including Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg as needed, ensuring a dynamic and fulfilling work experience.

• Provide high-quality care to neuro and trauma patients in a Level II trauma NT/SICU unit
• Utilize advanced equipment such as ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains
• Float to Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years acute critical care experience
• Level II trauma critical care experience
• Current CA RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous traveler experience
• Proficiency in EPIC charting
