As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an emergency setting. You will be responsible for triaging patients safely and efficiently, communicating effectively with physicians, and demonstrating flexibility and initiative in your work. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the best outcomes for patients during their most critical times.

• Provide patient care in an emergency setting with minimal supervision
• Safely and accurately triage patients
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient status
• Cross-train in other nursing departments as needed
• Float to Med Surg if required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (T-System and CPSI)
• Pass nursing medication test
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and the public
• Basic computer skills
