As a Registered Nurse specializing in LTC/SNF, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to residents. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, and document both direct and indirect nursing care. Your ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals will ensure the delivery of effective and efficient resident care, contributing to positive outcomes and supporting the organization's mission and vision.

• Deliver resident care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to achieve desired resident outcomes
• Utilize knowledge of resident's age and cultural diversity in care provision
• Administer treatments and medications as per physician's plan of care
• Interpret diagnostic tests and formulate a plan of care
• Provide education to residents and/or significant others
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current California RN license
• Current certification in CPR
