As a Labor & Delivery Nurse Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for mothers and their newborns. Your expertise and leadership will guide the team through complex and rewarding situations, making a profound impact on the lives of patients and their families.

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in staff training and development
  • Need 5 years experience in setting
  • Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Charge Nurse experience required
  • Certifications required: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring within the last 2 years
