Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take on the challenge of a Level I or Level II Trauma center? Do you thrive in high-stakes environments where your skills can make a life-saving difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Join our healthcare partner's ICU team, where you'll be working in a 16-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. This role requires a strong background in critical care, with experience in handling complex cases such as CRRT, ECMO, and neuro surgeries. You'll be part of a dedicated team that includes 24/7 intensivist and hospitalist support, as well as respiratory therapists assigned around the clock.

• Administer and titrate drips including Precedex, pressors, anti-arrhythmics, and sedation
• Perform bedside procedures such as tracheostomies, CT insertions, and bronchoscopy
• Interpret telemetry strips with support from tele monitor techs
• Participate in organ recovery procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Engage in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule
• Complete a 12-hour orientation shift on the unit
• Utilize Allscripts for charting and documentation
• Adhere to a black scrub color dress code

Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, with PALS preferred. Experience in Level 2 trauma centers or higher is essential, and proficiency in CRRT and sheath pulling is highly preferred.
