As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and management to patients. Your ability to adapt and float within the same discipline across local campuses will be essential in this position.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress and document changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
  • Need 2 years experience in setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, central lines required
  • State license in IL required; IA license on offer
