• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families
• Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
• Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care
• Participate in continuing education to enhance your skills
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
