Join our healthcare partner's dynamic team, where you'll provide exceptional care to patients in both MSU and PCU status. You'll have the chance to float to Tele and Med Surg units, gaining diverse experience and expanding your skill set. With a supportive environment and a focus on patient-centered care, you'll be empowered to deliver the best outcomes.

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting
  • Float between Tele and Med Surg units as needed
  • Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 for PCU and 1:5 for Medical/Surgical groups
  • Utilize the EPIC charting system for accurate documentation
  • Work every other weekend and be the first to float
  • Complete up to 2 extra shifts required per 6 weeks
  • Maintain required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
  • Need 1 year experience in setting
