Join our healthcare partner's 20-bed medical-surgical unit, where you'll care for both adult and pediatric patients. With a focus on providing exceptional care, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. This role offers the flexibility of 12-hour night shifts, with the possibility of working other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a Med-Surg setting
  • Maintain excellent staffing ratios: Non-COVID patients typically 4:1, max 5:1; COVID patients typically 2:1, max 3:1
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in flu immunization clinics as needed
  • Float to other departments as required, based on experience and competency

Requirements:

  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Need 3 years experience in Med-Surg setting and 1 year pediatric experience
  • Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients
