We're on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
What You'll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You'll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child's journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We're Looking For:
• You're certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
• You're available full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
• You're at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
